土地财政在我国城镇化过程中扮演者非常重要的角色,即对我经济发展带来积极的作用，同时也产生不少问题。在供给侧改革背景下,通过对我国土地财政的负效应的分析表明，我国应该通过推进我国土地市场的供给侧改革、中央让利于地方、增加地方主要领导官员的考核内容、完善土地征收机制、“开源节流”等五种路径来推进我国土地财政的可持续发展。

英文摘要:

the land finance plays a very important role in the process of urbanization in China, which plays a positive role in the economic development. On the supply side of the reform background, through the analysis of the negative effects of China's land finance suggests that China should by advancing the supply side of the land market reform in China, the central of the savings to the local, and increasing local officials the leadership of the main evaluation content, the perfection of the mechanism of land expropriation, "cutting expenditure" and other five kinds of path to promote the sustainable development of China's land finance.
